Purpose and legal basis
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
- Conclude and execute the contract for the purchase of products and/or services. The treatment is based on the execution of the contract.
- Send communications, using the contact details indicated by the interested party when purchasing a product or service offered by the Company, concerning the direct sale of products or services similar to those purchased by the customer. This treatment does not require the explicit consent of the interested party (so-called "soft spam"), therefore the right to object may be exercised at any time pursuant to art. 21 GDPR.
- Use the contact details provided to send communications of a commercial nature about our products and/or services or in the interest of third parties, in order to update on news and promotions or offers. The treatment is based on the consent of the interested party.
Methods of treatment
The data will be processed with methods and procedures strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected, manually and with the aid of electronic tools.
In order to avoid the risk of data loss, illicit use or incorrect use of the same, or unauthorized access, their alteration, suitable technological and managerial security measures have been adopted. Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by authorized personnel for processing or by subjects specifically appointed as Data Processors. At any time, the interested party can ask the Data Controller for the complete list of Managers appointed from time to time involved in the processing of data for the purposes referred to in this information.
Storage
The Data Controller adopts the following data retention policies:
- The data provided to conclude and execute contracts for the purchase of goods or services will be kept until the administrative-accounting formalities are completed. Billing data will be kept for ten years from the billing date.
- The data used for commercial communication activities with interested parties concerning the direct sale of products or services similar to those already purchased (so-called "soft spam") will be kept until the interested party requests an objection.
- The data provided for commercial communications activities will be kept until the consent of the interested party is revoked.
Exercise of rights
The interested party can exercise, at any time, the rights provided for by art. 15 ex. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by sending an email to myamore@pec.it. The interested party, if the conditions are met, also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as supervisory authority, if he believes that the processing of his personal data takes place in violation of the provisions of current legislation.
